Who we are The Prudential History
The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. adopted The Sunshine Kids Foundation as a network-wide charity in the spring of 1991. The Sunshine Kids believes it found an excellent partner in Prudential Real Estate because of the strong parallels in each organizations philosophy, mission and goals. The Sunshine Kids Foundation provides a safe place for children with cancer to relax and just be regular kids for a while . . . a home away from home. Prudential Real Estate members provide safe and livable homes for families throughout the United States and Canada. Since the inception of this partnership, many Prudential real estate managers, brokers and agents have generously assisted the SSK by planning exciting fund-raising events, participating in the listings program, and taking an active role in activities and national events designed for the Kids. Because of socially responsible companies like The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., The Sunshine Kids Foundation is able to carry on with the rewarding work of serving the needs of young cancer patients.
Mission
The Sunshine Kids Foundation adds quality of life to children with cancer by providing them with exciting, positive group activities, so they may once again do what kids are supposed to do . . . have fun and celebrate life!
Goal
We look forward to the day when The Sunshine Kids Foundation will no longer need to exist. Until that time, the entire Sunshine Kids family is dedicated to providing the most exciting activities, trips and events for as many young cancer patients as possible.

Pru News Update
September 6 2011
This Year on November 3rd, 6 - 8 pm , Ferugson Bath, Kitchen and Lighitng Gallery in partnership with Prudential Florida Realty SE and NE Ft.Lauderdale offices will be hosting the annual fundraiser for The Sunshine Kids network.
The proceeds will benefit the children and their families struggling with the fight against Cancer.
Last year our total proceeds for our event was $11,750.00.00 We hope to equal or better that amount this year.
Giving to those in need is a great feeling. Donations do make a difference!
The 2011 event will be held at the Ferguson showroom , 2860 N. Federal Hwy. Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33306 from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are available at the showroom or by calling 954-449-2702. Event Ticket includes entry in the grand prize draw for a $4000. 00 washer dryer set by Electrolux.
